The Aprilia RSV4 Factory channels MotoGP expertise from the Racing Department to deliver an unprecedented riding experience. Its aerodynamics, perfected in the wind tunnel, feature integrated winglets and aero surfaces on the fairing, under the windscreen and on the tail section. These elements increase downforce, enhance grip and ensure precise, controlled cornering in every lean. The iconic twin-spar aluminium frame, renowned for its lightweight and rigidity, works in harmony with the MotoGP-derived inverted-brace swingarm to provide total control. The Factory version further elevates performance with Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and a Brembo braking system with Hypure callipers.
The Peerless Factory Version
At the heart of the RSV4 Factory is the extraordinary 65° four-cylinder narrow V engine that has redefined standards in its class. Delivering 220 hp at 13000 rpm and 127 Nm of torque at 10800 rpm, it sees the RSV4 crowned as the most powerful street-legal superbike in the world. The Euro 5+ compliant engine features 52-mm throttle bodies and a redesigned exhaust system, which makes it easy to install an optional slip-on exhaust from the Aprilia accessories range.

A 5” colour TFT display provides RSV4 Factory riders with all essential information in a clear and intuitive layout. The handlebar controls are backlit, while the full-LED headlight with DRLs create the RSV4’s distinctive signature. The three riding modes adjust Cornering ABS across three levels and fine-tune all rider assistance systems, including adjustable Traction Control, Wheelie Control, three Aprilia Engine Maps and a three-level adjustable Engine Brake.
For track enthusiasts, the Track Pack elevates performance with Launch Control for lightning-fast starts, a dedicated Race Dashboard graphic and enhanced speed management via the Pit Limiter. Racing Aerodynamics
The RSV4 Factory embodies the pinnacle of aerodynamic research, delivering uncompromising stability and control. Its bodywork has been meticulously designed to optimise airflow, while the MotoGP-derived dual-layer winglets under the windscreen generate vertical downforce, for enhanced grip. The winglet layout ensures unmatched cornering precision, while the nolder on the upper fairing prevents airflow from entering between the fuel tank and the rider’s legs, improving comfort in all conditions.
Öhlins Semi-Active Suspension
Maximum precision is achieved with the premium Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension package, which is fully adjustable. It includes an inverted fork with TiN coating and 125-mm wheel travel, a rear monoshock with 115-mm wheel travel and a steering damper. Every setting can be fine-tuned via the Suspension Pack, which utilizes ADC (Aprilia Damping Control) to customize compression, rebound, braking support, acceleration response and cornering stability – either manually or in active mode. The ADC system integrates in synch with the riding modes and Corner By Corner function via the Aprilia MIA multimedia platform (which comes as standard), ensuring a perfect setup in any situation.
