2026 NEW ENGLAND MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM RAFFLE – OFFICIAL RULES

The 2026 New England Motorcycle Museum Raffle begins on 7/24/26 and ends on 10/21/26.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Kaplan Cycles LLC. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, processing of Entries, and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Sweepstakes to Sponsor. Sponsor may be reached by phone at (860) 471-0192 during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of ELIGIBLE LOCATIONS who are 18 years of age or older ("Entrant"). Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize

The winner will receive one (1) brand-new 2027 Aprilia RS 457 Kaplan Racing Edition motorcycle.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,849

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The stated ARV represents Sponsor's good-faith estimate.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of ELIGIBLE LOCATIONS, and prizes will only be awarded or delivered where legally permitted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Enter during the Promotion Period by purchasing raffle entries through the official entry page on kaplancycles.com.

Each $10 purchase equals one (1) entry.

Each $35 T-Shirt Purchase equals two (2) entries

Automated or robotic entries are prohibited. Any attempt to obtain entries fraudulently or through multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems may result in disqualification.

Entries must be received before the close of the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock shall serve as the official timekeeper.

5. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted by Kaplan Cycles LLC or its designated representatives. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at registration.

The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release before receiving the prize.

7. PRIVACY

By entering, you authorize Sponsor to use the information you provide for raffle administration, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and inclusion in any legally required winner list.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically defective entries or communications.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes are final.

Requests for the Winner List must be received within 30 days after the Promotion Period has ended.

SHIPPING

The winner is responsible for all shipping, transportation, registration, title, licensing, taxes, import duties, customs fees, and any other costs associated with receiving the motorcycle.

Kaplan Cycles can assist in arranging shipping anywhere in the world through its transportation partners. International winners are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs requirements, and country-specific regulations.
