Description
2019 BMW R9-T
Absolutely Showroom New & Loaded
Pristine With Only 868 One Owner Miles
This stunning 2019 BMW R nineT is a genuine museum-quality motorcycle.
Purchased new by a longtime client from Ellington, Connecticut, this R nineT was extensively accessorized when new, with the owner investing more than $20,000 total in the motorcycle and its premium upgrades. The accessories were professionally installed by the BMW dealer, and the bike has remained indoors, properly maintained and exceptionally well cared for ever since.
It is in virtually new condition—one of the finest low-mileage R nineT examples you will find anywhere.
Legendary BMW Boxer Performance
The R nineT was created to celebrate 90 years of BMW Motorrad history, and BMW knocked it out of the park. At its heart is the legendary 1,170cc air/oil-cooled, DOHC boxer twin producing a factory-rated 110 horsepower and 86 lb-ft of torque.
Power is delivered through a six-speed transmission and BMW’s proven shaft-drive system. The engine provides massive low- and midrange torque, an unmistakable boxer exhaust note and the mechanical character that has made BMW motorcycles legendary.
Factory specifications and performance equipment include:
-
1,170cc air/oil-cooled boxer twin
-
110 horsepower
-
86 lb-ft of torque
-
Six-speed transmission
-
Shaft final drive
-
46mm gold-anodized inverted front fork
-
Dual front brake discs with four-piston Brembo calipers
-
Steering damper
-
Massive forged-aluminum triple clamps
-
Rear monoshock with its distinctive white spring
-
Black wire-spoke wheels
-
Metzeler performance tires
Premium Accessories and Upgrades
This R nineT has been tastefully personalized with an outstanding selection of BMW and Rizoma accessories. Nothing about the motorcycle is excessive or out of place; every component complements the factory café-roadster design.
Notable upgrades include:
-
Factory Akrapovič stacked aluminum exhaust system
-
Approximately $1,100 brushed-aluminum rear tail cowl
-
BMW solo saddle
-
Rizoma handlebars
-
Rizoma bar-end mirrors
-
Upgraded hand levers
-
Rizoma tail-tidy assembly
-
Rizoma rear LED lighting upgrade
-
Upgraded front LED lighting
-
BMW accessory aluminum cylinder-head covers, approximately $600
-
Carbon-fiber front engine cover
The Akrapovič exhaust gives the boxer engine a deep, authoritative sound while perfectly complementing the exposed mechanical design.
Spectacular Café-Roadster Styling
Few motorcycles combine classic character and modern engineering as effectively as the R nineT. Its black paintwork is beautifully contrasted by brushed aluminum tank panels, the aluminum rear cowl, forged components and gold inverted forks.
The blacked-out boxer engine, blue-and-white BMW roundels, café-style front fender, wire-spoke wheels and compact solo tail give it a muscular, handcrafted appearance. Even the subframe, triple clamps and individual fasteners demonstrate the exceptional fit and finish expected from BMW.
The result is a motorcycle that looks just as impressive standing still as it feels from the saddle.
Only 868 Original Miles
This is not a restored motorcycle. It is an exceptionally preserved, one-owner machine with just 868 original miles.
It has been:
-
Stored indoors
-
Dealer serviced
-
Adult owned
-
Carefully maintained
-
Professionally accessorized
-
Preserved in virtually new condition
The paint, aluminum finishes, engine, chassis and cycle parts all present beautifully. It needs nothing and is ready to ride, display or add to a serious collection.
Outstanding Value
The original owner had more than $20,000 invested in this motorcycle when new. Today, it represents an opportunity to purchase an upgraded, extremely low-mileage BMW café roadster for a fraction of its original investment.
The steepest portion of the depreciation curve has already passed, making this a compelling alternative to purchasing a new motorcycle—particularly when insurance, taxes and financing costs are considered.
You would be hard-pressed to find another R nineT with fewer than 900 miles, this level of equipment and this caliber of preservation.
