Feast your eyes on this absolutely gorgeous, fully blacked-out 2013 Suzuki SFV650 Gladius! With only 5,872 original miles, this exceptionally well-preserved, lightly customized middleweight streetfighter looks, runs, and rides like a nearly new motorcycle at a fraction of the original replacement cost!
Built on Suzuki's legendary SV650 platform, the Gladius takes everything riders love about the SV650 and packages it into an aggressive naked streetfighter with Italian-inspired styling, an exposed trellis-style frame, outstanding handling, and one of the most entertaining V-twin engines ever produced in this class.
The name Gladius comes from the sword carried by Roman gladiators, and this machine certainly lives up to its name!
PERFORMANCE THAT PUNCHES WAY ABOVE ITS WEIGHT CLASS!
At the heart of this machine is Suzuki's legendary 645cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 90-degree V-twin featuring dual overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder, an 11.5:1 compression ratio, and a slick-shifting six-speed transmission.
Producing approximately 70 horsepower, depending on the measurement method, with a broad, muscular torque curve, this motorcycle delivers excellent acceleration, responsive throttle performance, and the unmistakable character of a high-revving V-twin.
Don't let the affordable price fool you. These machines are legitimately FAST!
Period performance testing of the SFV650 platform reported impressive numbers:
-
0–60 MPH: Approximately 3.4 seconds
-
Quarter Mile: Approximately 12.21 seconds at 105.65 MPH
-
Top Speed: Approximately 123 MPH
-
Engine: 645cc liquid-cooled, 90-degree V-twin
-
Compression Ratio: 11.5:1
-
Transmission: 6-speed
-
Final Drive: Chain
-
Fuel Economy: Approximately 56 MPG under favorable riding conditions
That's sports-car-rivaling acceleration from an economical, comfortable, lightweight-feeling middleweight motorcycle!
Whether you're carving through the twisties, commuting to work, enjoying a weekend ride, or looking for a capable track-day platform, the Gladius delivers an outstanding combination of performance, versatility, reliability, and pure riding enjoyment.
BEAUTIFUL BLACKED-OUT STREETFIGHTER STYLING!
This particular example is finished in a stunning combination of gloss black and contrasting matte black, giving it a custom appearance without sacrificing the clean lines of the factory design.
The gloss black fuel tank, contrasting matte side panels, beautifully finished black frame, black wheels, black front fender, and silver mechanical components combine to create an aggressive, sophisticated appearance.
The glossy frame finish is particularly impressive, with a deep shine that looks every bit as good as the fuel tank itself!
Other highlights include:
-
Aggressive factory streetfighter-style headlight assembly
-
Beautiful exposed trellis-style frame
-
Blacked-out alloy wheels
-
Black front fender and fork protectors
-
Upgraded carbon-fiber-style control levers
-
Upgraded mirrors
-
Upgraded handgrips and bar ends
-

-

Excellent original bodywork and finishes
The motorcycle remains remarkably close to stock, with tasteful upgrades to the controls and mirrors that complement its aggressive appearance.
The original exhaust is in excellent condition, preserving the bike's clean factory presentation. For enthusiasts who enjoy the unmistakable sound of a 90-degree V-twin, these engines also respond beautifully to an aftermarket exhaust upgrade.
EXCELLENT CHASSIS, SUSPENSION & BRAKING PACKAGE!
Suzuki engineered the SFV650 to deliver confidence-inspiring handling, everyday comfort, and excellent sporting performance.
The exposed trellis-style frame contributes to its distinctive European-inspired appearance while providing a responsive, predictable chassis.

Approximately 5 inches of front suspension travel
-
Rear monoshock with approximately 5.1 inches of travel
-
Dual 290mm front disc brakes with two-piston calipers
-
Rear disc brake

It's an exceptionally versatile motorcycle that's equally at home on your favorite winding back road or traveling to work every day.
ONLY 5,872 ORIGINAL MILES – EXCEPTIONAL PRESERVATION!
What really sets this Gladius apart is its remarkable condition.
With only 5,872 miles, this motorcycle has clearly been exceptionally well cared for. From front to back, top to bottom, the finish, components, fasteners, engine, chassis, and bodywork present beautifully.
The tires were replaced by the previous owner in 2024 and retain approximately 90% of their tread.
The original factory exhaust is in beautiful condition, and the overall appearance of this motorcycle is comparable to a much newer machine.
Finding a 2013 middleweight streetfighter preserved to this standard is becoming increasingly difficult.
