Description

2010 Ducati Monster 696

Absolutely Brand New Condition Only 481 Miles

Museum-Quality — Fully Serviced — Arrow Exhaust

This is the closest thing to a brand-new 2010 Ducati Monster 696.

With just 481 original miles, this spectacular Monster is in concours condition & looks as though it just rolled out of our new Ducati showroom—because it has spent its life preserved in museum-quality condition. The original paint is pristine, the red trellis frame is stunning, and the silver inverted forks, factory bodywork, wheels, controls, and finishes present as new.

Finding an iconic Ducati Monster in this condition, freshly serviced and ready to ride, is almost unheard of.

Although this Ducati has not accumulated enough mileage to require its first routine oil service, All maintenance was completed to ensure that it is mechanically as impressive as it is cosmetically.

Recent service includes:

  • New Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires

  • New timing belts

  • New Engine oil and filter service

  • New Brake fluid replacement

  • Complete fluid service

  • Comprehensive Inspection, Service & Detailing

$2,500 was Just invested in Fully servicing, Detailing and preparing this motorcycle.

It starts easily, runs beautifully, and performs exactly as an exceptionally low-mileage Ducati should.

This Monster is equipped with a high-quality Arrow performance exhaust featuring aluminum construction and carbon-fiber end caps. It complements the motorcycle’s classic Italian styling while delivering the deep, unmistakable sound of Ducati’s air-cooled L-twin engine.

The exhaust gives the bike an authoritative tone without compromising its clean, sophisticated appearance.

In our opinion, the Monster 696 represents one of the finest interpretations of the original Monster formula. It retains the mechanical character and unmistakable styling that made the Monster one of Ducati’s most successful and recognizable motorcycles:

  • 696cc air-cooled, fuel-injected Desmodromic L-twin

  • 80 horsepower

  • Six-speed transmission

  • Tubular-steel trellis frame

  • 43mm inverted Showa forks

  • Dual 320mm front brake rotors

  • Radial-mount four-piston Brembo calipers

  • High-mounted dual exhaust

  • Low, manageable seat height

  • Approximately 355-pound dry weight

The 696 is light, narrow, responsive, and remarkably easy to handle. Its low seat and balanced chassis make it approachable for shorter or less-experienced riders, while its low weight and immediate response make it enormously entertaining for seasoned enthusiasts.

Later generations of the Monster have gained technology and performance, but some have moved away from the exposed trellis frame and raw mechanical character that defined the original series. This 696 delivers the elements enthusiasts associate with a traditional Ducati: the red trellis chassis, Desmodromic L-twin engine, inverted forks, powerful Brembo brakes, and minimalist Italian bodywork.

The Monster was one of Ducati’s best-selling and most influential motorcycles for good reason. It combined exotic Italian engineering with everyday usability, creating a machine that was equally at home commuting through the city, carving back roads, or standing proudly in a serious collection.

With only 481 miles and exceptional original condition, this example offers genuine collector appeal. Unlike purchasing a new motorcycle that may immediately depreciate, this is an extraordinarily well-preserved example of an increasingly appreciated generation.

We are Connecticut’s newest authorized Ducati dealer, and we have been actively acquiring outstanding Ducatis for the grand opening of our new showroom. This motorcycle came to us through a friend after we announced that we were searching for exceptional examples to display.

If it is not sold beforehand, this Monster will be proudly exhibited in our new Ducati showroom. It is unquestionably one of the finest low-mileage Monster 696s we have encountered.

Final Assessment

This motorcycle offers an extremely rare combination:

  • Only 481 original miles

  • Museum-quality cosmetic condition

  • Pristine original paint

  • Classic red Ducati trellis frame

  • Premium Arrow exhaust

  • New Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires

  • New timing belts

  • Fresh fluids and brake service

  • Approximately $2,500 in recent service

  • Fully recommissioned and ready to ride or display

We cannot imagine finding another 2010 Monster 696 with fewer miles, better preservation, and more complete recent maintenance. It looks nearly new, runs beautifully, sounds incredible, and captures the classic Monster spirit that made this model a Ducati icon.

All of This for Half the Price Of a New Ducati Monster!

If you have been searching for a truly exceptional Monster without paying the price of a brand-new Ducati, this may be the one. Motorcycles of this caliber rarely become available, and we do not expect it to remain on the market for long.

Call today before it is gone.

Thanks for looking, and God bless America.
