1978 Kawasaki KZ 1000 OEM Fuel Tank- Green with Gold Pinstripes
This is a take-off tank from a 1978 Kawasaki KZ1000 in its original green and gold finish. It has many dents and dings as pictured, and one emblem is hanging loose. It is far from perfect, but it has a lot of character and could be a good candidate for restoration if someone is willing to take the time. I recommend a full overhaul, rust rinse, leak test, dent correction, and paint correction. All there good bones not rotten through but needs attention. Be sure to study the pictures carefully and to do your own research in regard to fitment.
