Description

1976 Honda CB750K Four

Museum-Quality Candy Antares Red Classic

Feast your eyes on this absolutely stunning 1976 Honda CB750K Four, finished in beautiful Candy Antares Red with correct gold, black, and white pinstriping. This is one of the finest CB750K examples we have ever had at Kaplan Cycles and a true museum-quality classic.

Showing only 23,737 miles, this CB750K has been treated to a comprehensive preservation service and cosmetic refresh while retaining the hallmarks that make an original classic so desirable. It runs perfectly, presents beautifully, and retains its original factory four-into-four exhaust system, which is in outstanding condition. The header pipes remain bright chrome, and the entire exhaust system is remarkably clean for an original 50-year-old motorcycle exhaust.

The Candy Antares Red paint has been professionally refinished with proper striping, tank badges, and side cover badges. The chrome, aluminum, frame, suspension, and cycle parts all present exceptionally well. This is a bike that looks, runs, and rides exactly the way a properly sorted vintage Honda should.

An Investment-Grade Honda Classic

The Honda CB750 is widely regarded as one of the most important motorcycles ever produced. It changed the motorcycle world with its smooth inline-four engine, electric start, front disc brake, five-speed transmission, and legendary Honda reliability.

By 1976, Honda had refined the single overhead cam CB750 platform into one of the most dependable and proven four-cylinder motorcycles of the era. These bikes are comfortable, powerful, easy to ride, and built to last. They are not just static collector pieces — they are classic motorcycles you can actually ride and enjoy.

Recent auction results for comparable 1976 Honda CB750K examples in Candy Antares Red have shown strong market demand, with sales reportedly ranging from approximately $19,000 to $28,000. Earlier sandcast CB750s and prototype examples have brought significantly higher numbers, further proving the CB750’s importance in the collector market.

This bike will be offered with a reasonable reserve below those comparable sales, making it an excellent opportunity to acquire a beautifully sorted, investment-quality CB750K Four.

This is a remarkably clean, well-preserved, and professionally refreshed museum quality 50-year-old motorcycle.

There may be tiny cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and originality, but the overall presentation is outstanding. Please review all photos and the video carefully. Additional high-resolution photos will be available on the Kaplan Cycles website so you can inspect every detail.
